AVOE LED Display in step with the times in the era of Industry 4.0
The term Industry 4.0 was first used at a trade fair held in Hanover in 2011. A year later a group of professionals, teachers and entrepreneurs began working on a series of proposals presented to the German government in 2013 on how to implement a series of recommendations to allow the diffusion of Industry 4.0 and give rise to the transformation of the entrepreneurial and industrial base.
Industry 4.0 refers to the fourth industrial revolution in history in the Western world, when the products and processes adopted to produce are closely interconnected thanks to the large-scale use of new digital technologies. In particular, there are 4 areas thanks to which industries can transform their productivity: the use of data, their analysis, the way humans interact with machines and the practical application of the transition from digital world to the company operations one.
AVOE LED Display has worked since January 2020 to adopt the standards dictated by Industry 4.0 thus orienting itself towards the optimization of the research, production and internal management processes of the human resources involved in production activities. The purchase of new computerized numerical control (CNC) machines, the provision of a double assembly line that can be dynamically configured, in addition to the European CE Certification and Conformity, as well as ISO 9001 Quality and electrical safety Certification, allow Euro Display not only to reach production capacities of over 1,500 square meters of LED screens per month, but also to guarantee a reduction in final costs with a further increase in the quality of the final product.
Among the first benefits resulting from having adopted the guidelines of Industry 4.0, we recall the technological updating of products already existing on the market aimed at reducing the energy consumption of the LED screens we produce, together with simplified disposal at the end of their life, always in compliance with current European regulations.
We are pleased to welcome our customers in the showroom of over 1000 square meters a few kilometers far from Turin to let them touch the quality of the outdoor and indoor LED screens produced by us in the shenzhen plant. The eye also wants its part and that is why in addition to the performance and reliability of the final product we have also taken care of the design, the flagship of our Made in China screens.
